I’m a wedding celebrant based in West Yorkshire. I travel across North and South Yorkshire, telling love stories and curating beautiful, symbolic and meaningful wedding ceremonies.
As a independent celebrant, I offer you the flexibility to design a wedding ceremony which feels one-of-a-kind. Your wedding ceremony can take place in any venue and it will be tailored to your individual tastes and style, celebrating you in the most authentic way possible.
It’s for this reason I love being a wedding celebrant. Being at the forefront of your ceremony and seeing, first-hand, the joy on the faces of your loves ones, is a privilege I' never take for granted.

Once you have sent through an enquiry on my contact page, I’ll promptly schedule an initial discovery zoom with you to discuss your dreams, visions and aspirations for your wedding ceremony. Maybe at this stage, you don’t really know what you want your wedding ceremony to be like or you are questioning the role of a wedding celebrant and why you need one. Rest assured, I will answer any questions you may have whilst also giving you some new ideas and possibilities to consider for your big day.

A personalised couples questionnaire: The purpose of my questionnaire is to gather more information about your relationship such as your backgrounds, shared interests and hobbies, influences and future aspirations etc. I want to curate a ceremony that’s tailored to your unique love story, after all.
A relaxed, planning meeting: Together we will dream up a wedding ceremony which will wow your guests in a way which is truly authentic to you. We’ll talk through the finer details, find out how we can honour guests that wont be present on the day and lust over joyful symbolic rituals or fun enhancements to the ceremony. I love to do this face to face if we can, maybe with your favourite tipple (mine’s a glass of red); I’m also a realist though and regularly work with couples living outside of Yorkshire which means sometimes we plan over zoom.
I take great pride in supporting, encouraging and nurturing you; keeping you updated with new ideas and suggestions on things like your wedding vows, a ring exchange, symbolic rituals, music and other logistics. I also love to share fun ideas through Instagram and might leave you the occasional light-hearted voice note as we get closer to the big day.
My aim is to make you feel like you’re being welcomed by an old friend when you walk down the aisle. I want you to remember your wedding ceremony for years to come; to feel like you are making the best start to your married life together and to look back on your day with a heart full of joy and love.

I’m a wedding celebrant but also consider myself a story teller and performer. I’m based near Leeds, West Yorkshire but will travel the lengths and breadths of Yorkshire for love. I’m from a teaching background which I think helps in so many ways when it comes to being a professional celebrant. When I’m not officiating weddings, I’m a wife and mother to three amazing and demanding kids! If I’m not on the school run, you can often find me out and about in Leeds, buying too many clothes, hopefully watching a gig or hiding in a bookshop somewhere. I also love spending time in nature. One day I’ll devote more time to longs walks and working on my garden because it makes me so happy.
I really enjoy learning about people and celebrating their story. I find it easy to connect with couples and nothing gives me greater pleasure than curating a a beautiful wedding ceremony which celebrates your love story with authenticity, passion and humour.
